Trinity belongs to three consortia that bring together candidates from top liberal arts colleges and employers representing private, public, and nonprofit institutions. These range from law firms and financial and consulting companies to the New England Center for Children, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the Peace Corps, among others.
Trinity is a member of the New York Recruiting Consortium (NYRC), the Liberal Arts Recruiting Consortium (LARC) in Boston, and the Capital Consortium (CAPCON) in Washington, D.C.—premiere programs for linking top students with potential employers. Trinity seniors are invited to participate in these off-campus recruiting events throughout the year. Each of these events allows students to apply for positions with multiple employers and then interview with them all in one location. Career Services staff members help students obtain interviews at consortia events and support them on-site throughout the interview process.
