AGENCY FUNCTION: Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC
(“FIA”) is 100% employee-owned. We are an
institutional consulting firm and derive all (100%) revenue from the provision
of consulting services. We have no
affiliations with any money managers, custodians, broker/dealers or any other
entity so as to explicitly avoid even the appearance of a conflict of
interest. We advise over $20 billion of
fiduciary assets for over 150 clients.
Our clients include non-profits, corporations, and municipalities. We advise on captive insurance plans,
endowments, retirement plans, foundations and public funds.
INTERN ACTIVITIES: Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC
(FIA) interns perform a variety of client services, research and administrative
duties to ensure that clients of FIA receive top-quality service. The firm’s core set of consulting services
includes asset allocation analysis, investment policy statement development, investment
management searches, and on-going performance monitoring. The firm is also asked to periodically assist
clients with portfolio diagnostic reviews, custodian bank searches, commission
recapture analyses and the like. In
assisting with these tasks, the intern is expected to make full use of the
resources and formats made available by the firm. Interns are expected to
professionally represent Fiduciary Investment Advisors in all contact with
clients and their investment managers and to accurately communicate and enforce
all established policies and procedures designed to provide consistent, quality
service to clients.
Duties may include analytical work
product on managers or investment funds.
Interns may periodically be asked to conduct research on other topics of
interest such as new asset classes & strategies and developments in the
capital markets.
