AGENCY FUNCTION:  Multi-service private child welfare, mental health and social services agency with programs in child welfare, children’s mental health, positive youth development and family/community support. The department consists of a vice president, grants officer, grants associate, research associates and grants/research assistants.

 

INTERN ACTIVITIES:  Interns may be assigned to an evaluation of an agency service, ranging from a residential children’s program on campus to a tutoring program in the Hartford public schools. They also may assist in collecting data/analyzing data for grants and/or writing portions of grant proposals.

 

HOURS PER WEEK:  8-16
