 AGENCY FUNCTION: Government agency administering a variety of housing programs for low and moderate income families, seniors and individuals

INTERN ACTIVITIES: Review/analyze budgets, financial reports; research cost allocation methodologies and make recommendations for improvements; review existing policies; research comparable policies and make recommendations for improvements/changes; research grants/opportunities for developing affordable housing; work with senior resident associations; work with housing managers delivering program support to residents.

HOURS PER WEEK: 8 -15
