INTERN ACTIVITIES:  As a paralegal intern, student will assist lawyers and paralegals in all phases of litigation, including organizing files, developing information retrieval systems, abstracting and indexing documents, summarizing deposition transcripts, conducting factual research, closing documents/binders and tax documents.  No previous legal background required.  Organization, attention to detail and initiative are essential.  Submit complete RESUME to contact well in advance.
