AGENCY FUNCTION:  Planned Parenthood provides family planning information, counseling and medical services to clients of all ages.  The agency also provides educational services to schools, churches and organizations throughout the community. Please visit our web site: www.ppct.org. 

INTERN ACTIVITIES: 

1.  Clinical:  Basic laboratory screening procedures, medical history-taking, contraceptive and reproductive health care counseling and education.

2.  Educational:  Being trained to educate clients on contraception and reproductive health care

3.  Office Support:  Telephone counseling, making appointments, record keeping and other administrative tasks as needed
