AGENCY FUNCTION: A not-for-profit multi-generational agency, serving the social, physical, cultural and educational needs and interests of the Greater Hartford community.

 

INTERN ACTIVITIES: Adult Services: plan/implement programs such as trips, discussion groups, computer and other classes, lecture series and luncheon programs for adults and senior adults. Book Festival: organize lectures, ticket sales, receptions, book sale, etc. (fall semester only). Camping/Youth Programs: plan/implement special activities during after-school program (1st-6th grade), assist with administrative work and youth committee work, assist with planning/implementation of teen and family programming.

 

HOURS PER WEEK: 8 - 20
