AGENCY FUNCTION:  This is a regulatory agency responsible for protecting citizens from physical injury and financial loss that may occur as the result of unsafe, unfair, or fraudulent products and services marketed in the State of Connecticut. Please visit us at www.ct.gov/dcp.

INTERN ACTIVITIES:  Legal enforcement, trade practices, consumer education, community outreach, public relations, government affairs, website development/maintenance, product safety, Automobile Dispute Settlement Program, drug control enforcement, consumer frauds, liquor control enforcement.
