The goal of Advancement Communications is to coordinate messaging, publications, collateral materials, media relations/publicity, Web content, photography, e-communications, and audio-video related to gifts and fundraising, in support of advancement goals and consistent with other communications of the College. It is responsible for creating informative, persuasive, inspiring content targeted to constituents, communicating the impact donors are making and reasons for investing in Trinity. The department provides writing and editorial assistance to College publications for all giving-related coverage and ads. It is responsible for developing and managing campaign/development content for the Web. Lastly, Advancement Communications supports media outreach goals by identifying opportunities and securing positive media coverage of gifts/donors/campaign and providing general media relations backup.
