The Exempt Staff Executive Board welcomes opportunities to sponsor events on Trinity’s campus. Sponsorship allows us to raise the profile of our membership on campus and exemplifies the desire of all exempt staff to contribute to the success of events that engage, challenge, and elevate our academic community.
Sponsorship may include assistance with advertising, through the ESC web site and by other means, organizing, and staffing. Sponsorship by the Exempt Council does not assume, nor does it preclude, monetary support.
Sponsorship requires an Exempt Staff Council Executive Board vote. Since the Board meets only twice a month, please submit sponsorship requests well in advance of when you require an answer from us.
The ESC Board has received the occasional request to advertise a campus event using its global email list. We have declined these requests, choosing to reserve this list only for announcements and requests generated by the Board itself, and we plan on maintaining this policy.
