William H. Reynolds '71 - Special Assistant to the President

Bill ReynoldsBill Reynolds ’71 is special assistant to the president at Trinity College, where he is responsible for Board of Trustees liaison and support, campus and facilities planning, and capital giving assignments.

Bill brings to Trinity 35 years experience in real estate development, investments, and strategic planning. Reynolds joined Trinity from Thayer Lodging Group of Annapolis, Maryland, where he served as chief investment officer and managing director and where he remains a fund partner and adviser.

Bill’s experience as a longtime Trinity alumni volunteer and trustee serve him well in his trustee support duties and his work with the Advancement Team to achieve the goals of the Cornerstone Campaign. A Charter Trustee member of the Board of Trustees from 1998 to 2007, and currently a member of the Capital Campaign Executive Committee, Bill has served as a volunteer class agent, decade chair, member and chair of the Trustee Advancement Committee, and chair of the Annual Fund. In 1996, he was awarded an Alumni Medal for Excellence by Trinity in recognition of his significant contributions to his profession, his community, and to the College.
 
Bill and his wife, the Reverend Nancy Lincoln Reynolds, have three children.
