Pamela D. McKoin P’15

Pamela D. McKoin has more than 30 years of real estate experience in development, asset and portfolio management, and business development. She currently serves as vice president of business development at Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, a global real estate investment management firm with $50 billion in assets under management, marketing the firm’s services to public and corporate pension fund clients, as well as to foundations and endowments, and handling consultant relations. McKoin previously worked at Spaulding & Slye Real Estate Developers, the City of New York’s Economic Development Corporation, and Clarion Partners, a top 20 global real estate investment management firm. She also ran her own firm, Mac Development Company.

McKoin earned a B.A. in psychology from the University of Cincinnati and an M.S. in real estate development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Center for Real Estate. Her community involvement includes serving on the Executive Committee of Reach Prep’s board, as an officer of the Board of Trustees of The Amistad Center for Art and Culture in Hartford, Connecticut, and on the Advisory Committee for the Urban League of Southern Connecticut. She serves as a member of the Alumni Relations Subcommittee and the Information Services and Facilities Subcommittee.

McKoin and her husband, Laurence C. “Larry” Morse P’15, have two children, including Stephan “Mac” ’15, and reside in Stamford, Connecticut.
