Office of Community Service Issues Schedule of Fall Semester Events
What: The Office of Community Service and Civic Engagement will host its annual Activities Fair at which representatives from more than 30 community service organizations will be present.
When: Monday, September 7 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Where: The patio in front of The Cave on the lower level of Mather Hall.
Background: The Activities Fair is an opportunity for students to learn about the various community service organizations that are open to Trinity students, and to give students a chance to network. Organizations that would like to participate should register at www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=m95PZxxPeDWPlePneu4wzw_3d_3d to request a table. Registrations are due by Friday, September 4 at 4 p.m.
Student organizations must be registered with the Office of Campus Life in order to have active status for the fall 2009 semester. Active status allows the organizations to reserve rooms on campus, have a mailbox, qualify for SGA funding and be placed on the student organization list-serve. To register an organization, go to: www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=Zz3FsF1o_2fD4kMqoWkB3x8g_3d_3d.
